SAP Service Desk Consultant - Brussels
One of RED's clients are currently searching for a SAP Service consultant to join their team in Brussels on a permanent basis. This position is a great opportunity to get in to SAP if you have not worked in it before. As the SAP Service Desk Consultant you would get full exposure to all SAP logistics modules.
- You will work within our team Applications and SAP Service Desk and you are thereby responsible for the management of our master data in SAP.
- You provide primary support to all internal users on SAP.
- You analyse, clarify and resolve end-user problems related to the use of SAP and other applications.
- You ask for improvements based on the incoming problems and are responsible for documenting the proposed solutions.
- Works closely with the specialists of the Applications team.
- Experience in a manufacturing / logistics company is a plus
- You are very customer focused and communicative
- You are flexible, motivated and a strong team player
- Strong command of Dutch language is a must
- Preference is to have some experience as Service Desk consultant
