SAP HCM- Compensation and Benefits Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Administration of the Salary Review process and the Bonus Schemes
- Ensuring effective cost control
- HR scenario modelling and reporting
- Ensures all data are up to date and provided on time for smooth process flow
- Provide support to HR Managers in Global HR systems and ad hoc requests
- Being part of project teams for the management, implementation and development of HCM applications and systems
Requirements:
- Three to five years of experience with HR information systems, ideally in an international environment
- Demonstrated technical and analytical skills
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office, SAP HCM will be an advantage)
- Fluent knowledge of English language (written and spoken)
- Highly organized, with attention to details
- Ability to work with a degree of autonomy and to manage multiple priorities
- High level of confidentiality
