SAP Change Analyst - Retrofit

The purpose of the role is to provide support for the Core integration function to manage the systems retrofit process across the SAP systems landscape. The resource will assist day to day in tracking and reporting on progress of retrofit tasks. This resource will perform cross system comparison of customising and programming objects using available tools.

Mandatory Skills - must have -

  • Knowledge of SAP TMS (Transport Management System)
  • Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (emphasis on ChaRM)
  • Analytical background
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience on an ERP Project
  • Good communications skills

Major Accountabilities

  • Support leads in developing and maintaining a tracker in Microsoft SharePoint to assist in providing status of all retrofit tasks
  • Support leads in creating ChaRM change requests and change documents required to retrofit tasks in target systems
  • Contribute to preparation of presentations, workshops and meetings
  • Assist in communications to project team members
  • Utilize available tools to perform cross system checks of retrofit tasks
  • Track deliverables and timelines as needed

Background

Education :

  • Minimum - Bachelor degree and/or relevant business experience
  • Preferred - Master degree in information science or engineering or natural science DD

Languages:

  • Fluency in English essential
  • Other languages a plus

Experience/Professional Requirement:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in SAP
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organisation
  • Strong organisational skills
