For our client in the Cologne area we are looking for two HR Analysts for SuccessFactors.
* SuccessFactors testing
* Support the documentation in the form of SOPs (Desktop procedures) as well as in form of Test Cases
Desired key skills:
* Experience with SuccessFactors workflows
* Experience with SuccessFactors testing
* Nice-to-have: experience in handling Hire-to-Retire processes (including candidates who have tested Payroll data moving across systems)
* Fluent English; German is a nice-to-have
* Start: ASAP, latest in November
* Duration: 3-4 months (+ extension)
* Workload: full-time
* Location: Cologne area
* The consultant should have a work permit for the location, it will not be provided extra
* Languages: English
