As part of CIO Office you will be a key player to develop our IT Service Management processes and to support our Project Management Office.

The Role & Duties

We are looking for a highly qualified Project Manager with a "can-do" mentality to help us transform our project and portfolio management to become best in class with a pragmatic touch.

You will be assessing maturity level of IT processes with focus on Project & Portfolio Management and corresponding processes. You will define how we run projects and identify improvement opportunities. Prioritize projects and initiatives to support our IT strategy. Develop templates and define standards. Part of your role will be to train and implement our IT staff. Drive the change as IT Process Manager. You will define a continual improvement agenda for IT service processes. You will ensure continuous improvement by establishing project governance. You will assess adherence to IT processes globally.You will define counter measures in case of non-compliance and you will define and drive the automation of our project and portfolio processes, using our ITSM platform ServiceNow. This includes demand management, project management, portfolio management, resource management

What we are looking for in you

We are looking for someone who is familiar with implementation and management of IT process frameworks about project and portfolio management. First focus will be to build the structures in project management as well as on the implementation and design of quality gates and project management structures. The position will play a major role in the definition of the interaction between Demand Management, Portfolio Management and Program Management.

As a person, you have a strong drive, can-do mentality, improvement focus and are willing to learn. You are used to work in an international environment and you have strong interpersonal communication and relation skills. You are motivated to drive our clients into the direction of digitisation.

A University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required as well as experience in project methodology like PMI or PRINCE2. Ideally, you have good knowledge of the ITIL process framework and made first steps with agile project management. Preferably, you have gained several years of professional experience as Project Manager or ITSM Consultant.

The position will entail working global with many different people and you should be able to communicate well in written and spoken English.
