S4 Transformation project. The modules the customer will be implementing are the same as the modules from before, plus planning, some content will be new or different.
Workstreams will include:
* SAP OTC, RTR, BI&A, MD, P2P, P2C, RNI (rebates & incentives), EDI, BI&A, Customer
* SC (Manhattan) WMS
* SAP Planning
The materials that were already created using Uperform may be utilized and updated. This will be limited. The expectation is that most training materials will need to be updated, and there will be mostly new training content areas as well. So it will be a combination of minimal, significant and all new materials/processes. They use a super user training delivery model, so only TTT will be in scope; training delivery will not.
Training Program Manager - must start 2nd or 3rd week of July. Must be highly qualified and experienced leading a project this large, and have a personality that will fit the client.
