Job description

As a Solution Architect, you will work with mid-level executives, marketing managers, and IT developers to kickoff and lead our partnership and technical integration with clients utilising Oracle Responsys, Oracle's Cross-Channel Marketing solution. You will also help clients establish a data model that supports their cross-channel marketing plans. Clients will depend on you to align Oracle's technology with their marketing needs, which you will incorporate into the client's onboarding strategy.
Specific functions include:

Design and document elegant and innovative solutions involving the configuration of the Responsys platform, creation and refinement of complex data models, external integration's and business process automation

Engage customer stakeholders to understand desired business outcomes. Bring together the customers technical capabilities with the Responsys product functionality to drive customer success.

Be responsible for the client's comprehensive solution implemented on the Responsys platform, employing industry and Oracle specific best practices.

Develop deep expertise in relation to Oracle's Responsys Cloud Service
Become an expert in cross-channel marketing implementations, making use of email, mobile messaging, custom apps, and display
Understand the standard workflows and metrics involved in digital marketing programs including how to develop a multi-touch campaign that leverages multiple channels
Scope and implement integration's with a client's data warehouse or CRM system to make that data accessible for marketing campaigns in Oracle Responsys

Design and implement integration's, including server-to-server integration's, with third party platforms
Serve as a technical liaison and consultant for our client's IT developers and engineers
Conduct post-onboarding ad hoc implementation projects, including adding features and reviewing client-created campaigns and forms
Conduct training's, deliver presentations, and lead meetings with clients and partners
Work with Oracle Implementation Services teams to implement solutions that leverage multiple components of the Oracle Marketing Cloud

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have

BA / BS or equivalent (Graduate degree is a plus)
Team members typically have 5-10 years of work experience (though we have no fixed requirements)
Working knowledge of SQL, Data Modelling, HTML, and Internet technologies (e.g. browsers, cookies, etc.)
Understanding of electronic marketing (email, SMS, Push, display)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be comfortable speaking in public and interacting with mid-level executives, marketers, and IT developers

Self-motivation and the desire to learn new things

Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills
