On behalf of our Global Key Partner, RED is currently looking for a ServiceNow ITSM Expert to participate on a ServiceNow implementation for a large telco provider across the Nordics and Baltics.

Role: ServiceNow ITSM Expert

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Finland (100%Remote)

Capacity: Full time

Languages: English


  • Architecture Frameworks - Key Skills: ServiceNow ITSM Development, JavaScript, Rest/SOAP ServiceNow, Event Mngt/ certification.
  • Experience in ITSM - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Service Portal, Service Catalog,
  • Conduct Technical Analysis on the ServiceNow applications and modules,
  • Develop and modify ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, web services, tables, and menus,
  • Code and configure interfaces between ServiceNow and other systems,
  • ServiceNow module trainings passed would be considered valid (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM; CASM, APP Eng etc),
  • Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies,
  • Good to have Telco background working with trouble ticketing domain.
