***Service Excellence Manager - Switzerland***
For our international client based in Switzerland, RED is currently looking for a Service Excellence Manager to join their team on a contract basis. The role is looking to start in September with an initial 3 month contract but with a strong chance of extension.
- Previous experience driving service excellence and continuous improvement within the framework defined by IT Operations
- Experience in supporting the definition of the IT strategy for the function's relevant scope and be accountable for ensuring the strategy is tracked, bench marked and updated for the areas owned
- Being Proactive in identifying opportunities to increase service levels and mitigate any issues in service delivery within the function or across functions
- Experience of working within global organisations
- Deep Knowledge in several data Reporting Tools
- Fluent in English communication
