Our global client requires a Partner level SAP HCM SF (SuccessFactors) to head up their practice for North America with specific focus on growing their SAP market share and improving revenue.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working for the leading IT consultancies within in the US.
They will have a proven track record against the following areas;
- Implemented and delivered multiple SAP HCM SF projects from pre-sales through go live
- Hands on experience in HCM and SF
- Driving business unit revenue
- Developing pre-sales strategy plan
- High level client engagement across C-suite
- Responsible for managing/delivering global programs
- Leading a team of at least 20 direct reports
- Responsible for PnL
- Strong business acumen skills
