The SAP Intelligent Platform team is responsible for originating, solutioning and selling large scale Customer Experience engagements on the SAP CX platform, developing strong client relationship at the CXO/ Director/ VP Level client contacts. In this role you'll use your expertise to drive opportunity-for the company and for yourself-while maintaining the flexibility you need to keep your career ahead of the curve. You will both learn from and coach our consulting practitioners to build the next generation Customer Experience solutions.

As an SAP Sales cloud Qualtrics Lead, you will be:
-Responsible for originating, solutioning and selling Qualtrics/ XM specific opportunities that integrate Data working with Strategy and Consulting
-Developing strong client relationships at the CXO/ Director/ VP Level client contacts and so should have a strong understanding of Digital technology and how it impacts customer experience and a good understanding of the business issues and drivers that impact the implementation of a Qualtrics/ XM solution.
-Expanding existing relationships to drive SAP Qualtrics/ XM Sales
-Leading teams that are designing and delivering SAP Qualtrics/ XM transformation programs
-Originating, solutioning and developing SAP Qualtrics/ XM specific opportunities
-Leading RFP responses, orals and so should have very strong presentation skills enabling and driving the Qualtrics/ XM agenda in both B2B and B2C industries.
-Taking the qualified opportunities through the sales and solutioning process to successfully close the sale
-Expanding our work in new areas of the client's business through SAP Qualtrics/ XM offerings and services
-Driving SAP Qualtrics/ XM sales for Systems Integration work across existing and new clients in Europe
-Working closely with the client to identify business requirements and define service requirements for new services
-Leveraging industry expertise to influence clients in resourcing strategies
-Participating in Account planning and forecasting activities
-Expanding our work into new areas of the client's business through new offerings and services using approved contracting channels
-Forecasting and managing resource requirements optimally
-Planning and prioritizing activities for the team / meeting deadlines consistently
-Helping to define technology roadmaps and solutions,
-Taking a leading role in the analysis and design of business processes enabled by Qualtrics/ XM.
-Managing business development opportunities to bring innovative technology solutions and ways of working to clients,
-Building and applying technical, industry, and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling and solutioning Qualtrics/ XM opportunities to existing and new clients
-Developing your deep skills as an SAP Qualtrics/ XM practitioner to ensure market and client relevance.
-Over 10 years of client-facing experience across multiple industries with deep sales and solutioning experience.
-Should be an expert/ thought leader in the Qualtrics and Experience Management space.
-Successful track record of implementing SAP Qualtrics/ XM solutions covering Customer Experience, -Product Experience and Brand Experience with a strong Customer and Marketing analytics background and the experience of integrating it across Marketing, Sales, Service, Customer Data and Commerce.
-Leading workshops with business and IT stakeholders and X Client Account Leads, to identify business requirements and solution large deals in the Qualtrics/ XM space.
Demonstrated leadership skills; proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment; excellent communication (written and oral) in English and strong interpersonal skills.
Delivery experience and sales and solutioning support competences.

-Application of design thinking as an approach to solving client problems
-Multiple delivery methodologies & operating models that support multi-speed IT
-Enterprise integration solutions and offerings
-Experience of delivering large scale SAP Qualtrics/ XM Cloud solutions

-Passion for technology trends e.g. Internet of Things, Mobility, Cloud Integration, Analytics
-Be willing to travel/work across Europe (Mo-Fri).
-Experience managing large teams through complex situations, adapting quickly and helping others navigate change.
-Experience structuring activities that play to a team's strengths and provide opportunities for others to grow.
-Experience working through organizational change, developing and implementing creative solutions and closely partnering with clients to regularly confirm that expectations are met, and value is delivered.
-Clear understanding of key methodologies, approaches and market trends in the industry.
-Demonstrated communication skills at the Executive level
-An ability to identify opportunities based on a deep understanding of our offerings and our client's issues.
-Knowledge of the marketplace and delivery of SAP CX solutions
-Familiarity in following areas will be an advantage: SAP HANA Cloud Platform (HCP); SAP CX integration scenarios with other front office products (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Adobe Experience Manager etc.).
-Experience with C-Level client relationship building and relationship management.
