SAP Logistics Consultant

Your responsibilities:

Active participation during the "Request for Proposal "phase: understanding client context, developing and presenting project approach.

Analysis and review of Logistics, Procurement, Inventory and or Production Planning related business processes to fully understand the client's requirements Identification of gaps between requirements and SAP SD / MM / PP / WM / EWM / QM functionality.

Development of target processes to be implemented, design and implementation of state-of-the-art, client specific solutions in SAP SD / MM / PP / SCM, including the configuration and/or customisation of the system as well as related interfaces.

Advising on Logistics, Procurement, Inventory and Production Planning related topics Development of target process documentation and of testing and training documents, execution of tests, delivery of key - user and end - user training sessions, provision of post go live support.

Acting as a sparring partner for the client Active participation in knowledge management activities as part of the European community of practice.

Your qualifications:

Higher education degree in Economics, Information Technology or equivalent Solid process know-how and a proven track record in one or more of the following areas: Sales and Distribution, Transportation, Material Management, Procurement, Production Planning etc.

At least 3-5 Full Project Life-cycles of work experience in an international consulting company or as an in-house Consultant with hands-on experience within at least one of the following; SAP SD/MM/ PP/WM/EWM/QM.

Process integration experience Proven ability to deliver to tight timescales, Success in team working and excellent communication skills.

Must be a fluent German speaker and hold a valid EU Passport.
