SME (SAP Successfactors) - Design, Test & Training

We need:

  • An HR SME to shape and drive the delivery of our HR Shared Services HRIS Transformation
  • Based primarily in our London offices with some flexible working
  • Occasional travel to other locations
  • Contract term expected to be 6 months

Working within the transformation project team, this role is key to:

  • shaping and delivering modern, efficient, best practice HR operational and talent processes, enabled by SAP Successfactors
  • creating platforms which support the growth and evolution of our business
  • embedding a culture of change and continuous improvement

Who we're looking for

As a minimum requirement you'll have / be:

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP Successfactors and its capabilitity to support HR transformation
  • Strong communication and influencing skills (both written and oral) with the ability to partner, challenge and negotiate with key business stakeholders and 3rd parties
  • A collaborative style with the ability to relate to and understand colleagues at all levels
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to rigorously assess options, challenge the norm, evaluate data and suggest appropriate solutions
  • By contrast, able to work with, manage and resolve significant levels of ambiguity
  • Creative problem solving skills, with demonstrable experience of driving innovation / change within an existing process
  • Flexible and adaptable to respond to the changing direction of the project as it evolves, but clear and resolute in your determination to achieve the right business and commercial outcome guided by agreed principles and parameters
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently and meet all cost, timescale and quality constraints
  • A passion for delivering an outstanding customer/user experience
  • Experience of producing reports, plans and presenting information to a variety of audiences
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
  • Advanced/Intermediate MS PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel user, as well as process documentation software tools such as MS Visio
