My Client a global organisation is currently seeking an SAP EWM Consultant for a long term project based in Barcelona, Spain,

As part of the Warehousing team, responsible for supporting the design and implementation of SAP eWM (Extended Warehouse Management) solutions that provide value into our organisation. Contribute to all phases of a project lifecycle including analysis, design, configure, testing and implementation of SAP eWM solution. Work with programmers and 3rd party vendors to ensure that the design is correctly executed in a timely manner.

Main Responsibilities

Be a valued team member within project teams in the implementation of solutions on SAP eWM

Estimate, design, develop, configure, test and deploy SAP eWM solutions to support the Customer businesses, using best practices and approaches in design/development and collaborating with business stakeholders, other IT team members and external partners as required

Document functional requirements and technical processes

Work with developers and 3rd parties in executing functional design

Work with project teams and stakeholders to ensure issues are raise in the proper way and time

Ensure consistent solutions with the approved architecture and aligned to the forward-looking roadmap

Level 3 support of SAP eWM application

Maintain and develop knowledge of current and emerging technologies, analysing them and assessing their relevance and potential value to the organization.

Candidate Requirements:


Degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent degree

Languages: Fluent in English. Spanish, French, German would be beneficial


Minimum of 3 years of experience SAP application, with a minimum of 1 years within SAP eWM

Experience in implementation and support projects in end to end Supply Chain Logistics and Warehousing environment

Demonstrated experience in working in a team and driving delivery of projects.

Experience in international environments an advantage Technical


Knowledge of SAP eWM (Extended Warehouse Management) as part of SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management) suite

Knowledge in the integration of SAP eWM with core SAP ECC

Understanding of SAP core modules (SAP ECC) SD, MM, WM

Knowledge and understanding of integrating eWM to other automated shop floor systems an advantage

Knowledge and understanding of software development and testing methodologies

General IT experience (Operation & Management Service)
