Your responsibilities:
Design and implement SAP CRM latest versions overall project phases (from functional and technical requirements engineering through proof of concepts, implementation, testing and Go-Live)
Collaborate with project management, customers and operations to define clear requirements, deliverables, and milestones for mobility projects
Preparation of technical and functional specifications and documentations in English and German
Develop process documentation, test and training materials as well as execution of tests and user training
Actively follow new tools, techniques and trends
Taking over sub-project or project lead depending on your experience and level
Help to build up our DX Practise within DACH
Your qualifications:
Solid knowhow in SAP CRM latest version as well as experiences in one of following areas:
o Sales (Accounts and Contacts, Opportunity Management, Quotation & Order Management, Pricing & Contracts, Business Partner Integration),
o Marketing (Segmentation and List Management, Campaign Management, Lead Management),
o Service (Service Contracts & Agreements, Installations & Maintenance, Customer Service & Support, Field Service Management, Warranty & Claims Management) and/or
o Interaction Center (Customer Service, Shared Services Center, IC Management)
At least 1-3 full project life-cycles of work experience with hands-on in designing, developing, testing and deploying complex SAP CRM solutions
Knowledge in project management (Prince 2, PMI certification) would be an advantage
Proven ability to deliver to tight time scales, success in team working and excellent communication skills
Distinctive analytical and conceptual skills
Higher education degree in e.g. computer science or business administration
An excellent command of both English and German, both spoken and written
Ability to travel
