Our client is a global leading Manufacturing business based in Bavaria. RED Executive is exclusive looking for a Lead Salesforce Solutions Architect to join their international team on a permanent basis. Key responsibilities include supporting the design, strategy and planning a whole new implementation of the Salesforce Global Solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties will include:

  • Develop and maintain the group-wide Salesforce architecture and solutions in line with the overall enterprise architecture
  • Ongoing analysis of requirements and technical guidance of users on best practices as well as relevant business process changes and their IT-specific consequences
  • Manage overall development, validation, deployment plans and resourcing for the implementation of new solutions
  • (Co)-author solution design documents, relevant guidelines, standards and accompanying processes
  • Test-Management (e.g. creation of test cases and test scripts, maintain escalation path for test issues, communicate test results and trace bugs through prioritization and resolution)
  • Actively drive Salesforce knowledge growth and best practices transfer

Qualifications and Personal Qualities:

  • Profound experience in the development of Salesforce application architectures and solutions for an international corporate environment
  • In-depth (cross-cloud) knowledge of Salesforce sales, service and marketing solutions
  • Certified Salesforce Architect, Consultant and/or Administrator
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Proactive team player with very strong willingness to serve and early adopter mentality
  • Strong communication skills in English and German, both within the IT community and with key
  • Master`s degree in Computer Science or comparable subject area
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
