Then here's an opportunity to join the centralised IT team of our client at the headquarters in the Northern Bayern area.

Your mission

You will independently plan and control international IT (sub)projects with budget and results responsibility. In addition to that you will prepare and present the project progress for various committees including top brass management. Part of your role will be to support active change management (change and adoption management) and continuous optimisation of project management methods and standards.

What we are looking for in you

You have a proven track record and experience in managing IT projects in complex organisations - ideally with active change management. You will have sound knowledge of project management methods in classical or agile organisational frameworks, ideally proven by IPMA or PMI certifications and proven experience in agile frameworks. Your background will have given you in-depth IT know-how ideally for infrastructure topics (end-user computing, networks, server management, software distribution, security, cloud) or SAP and non-SAP applications. You have a enterprising way of thinking, goal orientation and assertiveness. You will be someone who works in a structured, systematic and detail-oriented way and have strong communication skills in an international context (fluent German and English are ideal but not a mandatory requirement)
