JAVA expert (MS SQL)
L2 Support experience.
Mandatory language requirement is German, English (additionally French/ Belgian Desirable).
Knowledge on Compliance - GxP, SoX, SCA, OCA, NFCM Europe based.
Due Diligence and Transition experience
Ability to interact with customers and other vendors and ask the right questions to understand the application functionality and record the same as part of the transition.
Ability to understand current application support process followed by vendors.
Ability to work in shifts as per the project requirement (global location per support timing).
AMS experience of 6-8 years ITIL process Knowledge.
Good Communication skills.
Ensure that the business application systems supported by the team are maintained to the highest possible standard with maximum levels of attainable productivity and efficiency.
Manage application configuration and upgrades, and problem analysis and resolution for complex application problems, in conjunction with the users and external application or service suppliers where necessary.
Perform application problem analysis and resolution service for complex application problems in conjunction with the users and application suppliers.
Respond/Accept the Incidents/Service requests related to the business application systems, as per the agreed SLA.
Resolve the Incidents/Service requests related to the business application systems as per the agreed SLA.
Analyze incidents/service request (logs) to be able to spot common trends and underlying problems.
Ability to create/update self-help documents so users can try to fix problems themselves.
