We are currently looking for Jnr, ambitious and driven individual to join our Client's global team in Kraków to help them to manage the local infrastructure across the organisation.

- 6,000- 8,000PLN gross + Bonus + Benefits

Main Responsibilities

  • Taking part in Infrastructure projects, upgrades, changes (network hosting, devices etc.)
  • Acting as a First point of contact for the business: ability to analyse the problem, gather requirements from the business, come up with the solution or escalate further to higher levels of support etc.
  • Monitor the Company's IT Infrastructure Install, configure, update and maintain computer hardware operating systems and applications
  • Recommend new systems and changes to improve efficiency and functionalities of IS tools
  • Maintain and test service continuity plans, projects and changes applied
  • Acting in accordance with compliance and global infrastructure and security policies
  • Taking ongoing control over the IT KPI'sin order to identify potential threats, bottle necks and areas of improvement
  • Work closely with the support teams and business to resolve complex incidents and problems
  • Ability to question the status quo, propose an alternative IT solution - to improve operation of the business and/or reduce occurrence of frequent and repetitive incidents
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware / software faults
  • Ability to follow procedural documentation
  • Support the roll-out of new applications
  • Respond within SLAs to reported requests and incidents
  • Set up new user's accounts and profiles and deal with password issues

Main Requirements

  • Degree in IT or related field
  • 2- 4 years of experience in IT Infrastructure (Hardware, servers etc.)
  • Network management expr (Wireless/ hosing)
  • Cross- Linking Connections expr. (Krosowanie połączeń)
  • Expr, in AWS and Service One will be a bonus
  • Vendors management experience
  • Experience supporting local OSS
  • Soft skills required: Ambitious, proactive, quick- learner able to analyse the problems and suggest alternative solutions
  • Ability to learn, develop in various technologies and solutions is a must
  • Fluent English- spoken and written
