For our international end client we are looking for an external consultant for HR Workforce Management / Demand Planning. Either you have gained HCM Demand Planning experience on IT side or on business side. As part of an international HCM digitisation programme, our client is also implementing a solution for Workforce Management. Our international client has four global divisions which results in different carrier paths and processes. In this project you will work on IT side and together with the client's team you will be responsible for this stream: from requirements definition, to tool selection, to implementation together with an implementation partner. The work is planned in part time and is 100% remote.

Tasks:
* HR Demand Planning requirements definition, tool selection, and implementation
* Work closely together with the overall project manager and execute the project plan for the Workforce Planning stream
* Work closely together with many international team members and lead them functionally

Required Skills:
* HR Demand Planning / Workforce Management experience
* Strong affinity to technology, development and IT in general with a willingness to learn new solutions
* Ideally experience with tools like Anaplan, HRForecast, Dynaplan or similar
* International project experience

Conditions:
