Digital Analytics/Measurement Lead (Inside IR35) / Cambridge (Remote during the pandemic) / 12 months + / Start ASAP

Work Location: Cambridge area, UK (will work remote until COVID restrictions subside then report to client location likely 2-3 days a week)

Major Responsibilities:

* Lead design, execution, and delivery of new insights and innovative analytics techniques, tools, and processes, for enterprise- and global-level initiatives
* Establish and scale innovative digital and customer analytics capabilities to help guide commercial execution strategy
* Develop and communicate actionable recommendations for decision makers
* Keep up-to-date with the latest approaches and advances in data science and evaluate external data assets as required
* Ensures the efficient implementation of the planning process that includes setting up workshops at all levels with the right group of participants, scheduling the planning process itself, setting reminders for submitting Quarterly OKR's and fixing OKR's when needed
* Be the Subject Matter Expert for all matters relating to Objectives and Key Results and regularly communicate the vision, mission and strategy and how OKR's relate to them
* Create OKRs for certain strategic programs and ensure transparency and overview of the strategic OKR goals
* OKR Quality Control: ensure that Objectives are clear and measurable, and the expected values and metrics are well defined
* Collaborate cross-functionally with IT and Insights & Analytics teams to gain additional insight into marketing strategy and performance.
* Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
* Partner with the offshore client Reporting Lead on measurement reports

Required Skills:

* Solid understanding of the fundamentals of digital marketing and PAID Media Advertising
* More than 5 years of analytics experience with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience with multichannel marketing/digital analytics, ideally in a pharmaceutical, agency or other commercial environment
* Hands on experience with web, search and social analytics software - Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics/Omniture, Sprinklr or similar tools
* Ability to manipulate and visualise large data sets to effectively communicate insights and opportunities. (Ability to explain complex methods and techniques succinctly to a non-technical audience)
* Data Analysis Skills: SQL, Excel or other tool experience
* Project delivery and business analysis experience
* Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, Advertising or Computing

Preferred Background:

* Experience in Digital marketing data sets across multiple EU Markets (Focus of this role is around UK, Canada, Spain, Italy, France and Germany)
* Experience with customer journey analytics, including touchpoint/pathway analysis, conversion analysis and customer segmentation
* Experience with BI and data visualisation - PowerBI, MicroStrategy, Tableau or similar tools
* Working knowledge of statistical analytics approaches, such as multiple and logistic regression, decision trees and hypothesis testing, within the context of digital marketing
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a significant number of business leaders and cross-functional business partners
* Strong communication and influencing skills with demonstrated ability to develop and effectively present succinct, compelling reviews of independently developed analyses infused with insight and business implications/actions to be considered
* Strong organisational skills and time management; ability to manage diverse range of simultaneous project.
