Cognos Report Developer / Stockholm / 5 months / Start Oct
***Candidate needs to be already based in Sweden***
Tasks:
* Build reports within the solution (Cognos) based on requirements
* Support and maintain existing reports build
Technical Mandatory requirements:
* Experience of building report, preferably Cognos
* Experience from working with a standard solution and SAAS solutions.
* Experience of agile way of working
* Experience from working with distributed and/or offshore teams
Qualifying requirements:
* Experience from working with Workforce Management System
* Experience from working with payroll or business performance systems
Personal Skills:
* Ability to understand and analyse complex information and share it in effective and powerful communications
* Ability to understand people psychology and to connect to people to encourage new behaviours
* Ability to take responsibility, work proactively and continuously improve activities in complex, quickly transforming environments
