CMS & UAT Project Manager

Create outstanding online consumer experiences across Europe

As a Project Manager you'll demonstrate your technical expertise by working with developers to improve the CMS, solve technical issues in functionality or content display. You'll perform UAT and usability testing on multiple sites. You'll also perform min maintenance tasks, such as checking for and fixing broken links on websites.

You'll share your mastery of content publishing with central and local content publishers, providing guidance and support. You'll contribute your expertise into the ongoing refinement of content publishing processes and editor interface in the CMS to make it faster and easier to publish content to the consumer brand sites.

Features development and maintenance:
Establish business requirements, acceptance criteria, identify and liaise with wider stakeholder groups as requested by the Product Owner.
Proactive definition of feature improvements
Identification of necessary feature changes in connection to the other IT tools
Definition of the UAT test case and validation
Attend all refinement, planning, prioritisation and review sessions

CMS Supervision and optimisation (EPIServer):
Validation and acceptance of changes in the CMS in relation to functionalities being developed
Design and definition of the roll-out processes in collaboration with external agencies.
Audit and revision of current processes
Proactive definition of CMS improvements
Content management for specific projects
Training of new CMS users

You've created and published website content using enterprise class web CMS platforms for 3 - 4 years, EpiServer CMS preferred but not required. You have previously worked operatively as Test manager and you have an overall good understanding of how to address and report technical issues. You have a proven track record of working collaboratively with multi-cultural teams to deliver campaigns and projects and have provided end user guidance and support. You are proficient using Microsoft office applications and have basic knowledge of HTML/CSS. Any experience you may have with digital tools including DAM, Google Analytics, JIRA, Confluence, InDesign and CRM is a plus.
