End User Computing Deskside Engineer

Key responsibilities:

* Part of EUS Deskside Team
* Providing L2/L3 onsite, Hands and Feet support as part of Deskside role to end users
* Support to be provided in MAC, Win 10 or Windows 7 Desktop / laptops
* Creation of Tickets and Service request in Service now ticketing tool for end users
* Good in Technical and diagnostic abilities
* Good troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
* Basic understanding of Network topology
* Candidate should possess good communication & Presentations skills
* Experience in customer handling role
* Ability to provide a best end user experience

Other responsibilities:

* Knowledge on IOS, MAC and IPAD devices
* Knowledge on Windows Migrations
* Knowledge on Windows 10 and 7 troubleshooting and diagnostic
* Creation of tickets and sr in ticketing tool
* Provide the best end user experience
* Good IT hands on experience
