RED Executive is led by Andy Duke, a highly experienced talent professional with an in-depth knowledge of the SAP and digital recruitment industry across Europe. RED Executive’s team experience spans 25 years.
Managing Director, RED Executive
Having developed significant SAP and technology insight and a wealth of connections across Europe, Andy has played a pivotal role in RED’s development since joining in 2001. Born and raised in England, Andy’s pedigree as a highly experienced SAP talent professional across Europe started after graduating from the University of Nottingham and retiring from professional rugby. Driving the expansion of RED’s European business, Andy opened RED’s first international office in Cologne in 2004. Subsequent growth resulted in Andy establishing offices in Munich, Frankfurt and Zurich over the following years. Appointed Managing Director of Europe in 2014, Andy continued to expand RED’s reputation as the trusted SAP recruiter, leading a team of 60, across four offices, with a budget of over £6m. Now Managing Director of RED Executive, the senior appointments division of the RED Group, Andy relocated back to the UK in 2016. Andy now lives in Winchester with his wife and three children, is a keen cyclist and proudly coaches Winchester Minis rugby team.

Leonie (Illing) Johnson
Managing Consultant, RED Executive
Prior to joining RED Executive, Leonie worked within RED’s permanent business, where she earned a
reputation for her methodical, detailed and personal approach to consulting based on her track record
of recruiting senior and managing roles to entire teams. Born and raised in Munich, Leonie studied French and History at Royal Holloway University of London, and later undertook a post-graduate Master’s Program in Management at the University College London. Returning to Munich in 2012, Leonie joined international law firm, Bird&Bird before embarking on her career with RED in 2014. Leonie continues to live in Munich with her husband and is a big fan of travel and keeping fit.

Executive Headhunter, RED Executive
Prior to joining RED Executive, Lengwe worked as an Executive Recruiter & Senior Talent Acquisition Manager with onsite experience for leading Financial services firms, coupled with experience of working for Executive Search and Contingent firms such as Hays Plc and Alexander Mann. He has a proven track record in the full recruitment cycle experience across all levels, from Senior Management through to Executive level direct sourcing at Managing Director & ExCo level. Lengwe´s recruitment experience is global, having recruited for roles across Europe, Africa, Latin America, USA and Asia. Born in Zambia and raised between the UK and USA since the age of 6, he earned a Sports Scholarship for football, rugby and athletics to England’s most prestigious sports school Millfield, and went onto to study Politics and Sociology at Kingston University. Lengwe lives in Surrey and spends most of his spare time driving his three boys to athletics meets and football matches.
